Laura’s background began working with RSL Care for just over 10 years.
Starting out in the community, Laura set up new clients needing services to enable them to maintain their independence to stay in their homes. Laura ensured clients received the services they wanted by maintaining and managing their services regularly.
Laura then moved into managing all personal care workers for the Homecare Team covering the North and South Side of Brisbane.
In the final years of working with RSL Care Laura decided to work in one of their retirement villages on the Bay side. Laura managed all residents living in the Independent Living Units and also maintained the work place health and safety for the village.
Since having a family of her own, Laura was ready to embark on the next challenge in her life. Using her already developed business skills, Laura joined the family business and established a Brisbane base.
All staff have been hand selected to help reflect the quality and service the business prides itself on to give its customers.
Laura goes above and beyond in many ways, and prides herself on providing a personalised service tailored to everyone's individual needs.
